Wouldn’t it be funny if the run on guns was “manufactured” by gun manufacturers and gun dealers, trying to drum up sales in a slumping consumer economy? Not to frighten you or anything, but Frank Krasner,–Silverado Gun Show organizer, says he called all the major gun makers on the entire east seaboard, and not one of them has a single assault rifle in stock “because people have snatched them up in the past week.” What a horrible thought.
No really. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if the run on guns was actually a clever ploy by avid hunters and gun collectors to persuade their unwitting spouses that they simply must buy a new gun right now — even though the family budget is tight? “Honey, really — I’m only thinking of you and the kids. I don’t want to have to defend you against … a Martian invasion … with only these 17 shotguns and a bow and arrow … “

What obama has siad about his posistion is not borne out by his and the demopublicans record on guns. obama will be steamrolled by this most liberal of congresses in a long time into making guns so diffulcult to aquire legally many folks won’t bother. You are living in a dream world if you think obama/demopublicans care anything about the constitution and the right provided therein.
