Frankly I have yet to see a development that truly takes everything into account:
1. traffic generation and flows patterns and loads on existing infrastructure
2. emergency services load increases
3. water allocation
4. increased school loading
5. possible environmental impacts
6. crime increases and increased police funding for increased partols needed
Lennie is simply wanting these developers to shoulder their fair share of the associated costs. If that makes him a laughingstock..so be it. I’m right there with him.
