This man has been living with another woman and even has children by this other woman. He has not produced a shred that says his wife wants to die. So he is going to get her killed by starving her to death. If she does not die of dehydration first. What a cruel way to die. If she has a DNR order produce it..then she can die quickly..but slowly starving her to death or having her die of dehydration..this is just disgusting. I would not be as disgusted with the courts and mr. Schiavo’s actions if he produced a will or some signed document that says DNR or something of that nature.
Here’s something ironic..the Florida Supreme Court said,” The Florida Supreme Court ruled in September that the law violated the constitutional separation of powers between the legislative, executive and judicial branches. It said that if the legislature and governor were allowed to retroactively overturn court rulings, no judgment would ever be final.”

THE COURTS DO NOT MAKE THE LAW! THEY INTERPERT THE LAWS. NOWHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION DOES IT SAY THE COURTS CAN OVERTURN A LAW PASSED BY THE CONGRESS!!
What hypocrisy..this nation is becoming an oligarchy in a hurry. The thing most Americans are complicent by not reading the Constitution. I would take a look at it..yourself..do not let somebody tell you what it says. Do something unique in this day and age..THINK! read it for yourself.
