I wish casa would go away. I tire of their constant drivel. They relaly should be labeled a criminal organization since it’s criminals and their criminal activity they are suporting. The fact they are trying to use FOIA type laws to figure out what the various law enforcemnt agencies are doing for the express purpose of being able to circumvent said law enforcement has some terms:
aiding and abetting,
obstruction of justics,
criminal conspiracy
Just to start…i’m sure others can be found quite easily.
Casa de Maryland has sued the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office in an attempt to force it to release documents relating to its participation in a controversial federal program that deports illegal immigrants.
The program, known as 287g, is offered by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and enables police agencies to have their officers trained to check the immigration status of people they arrest.

The Sheriff’s Office has not released those documents, so Casa sued in Montgomery County Circuit Court to force the immediate release of the documents.
They know good and dern well they won’t get this granted in Fredco..so they sue in Montgomery county where a montco’s order has no affect on fredco? Oh yeah guys this makes sense..it’s political capital and bluster if fredco doesn’t loose it’s spine they’ll look at this order and do the one thing that needs to be done with it..burn it.
