I’ve lost a ton of respect for james dobson over the years.  He is now joining a growing number of ministries that choose to water down the work of God to please some earthly laws.  I would like to see him just remember that the internet is global and there is an easy way around this issue…simply shutdown in canada and put your entire broadcast online.  Also i would stream them live from the us-based website as they are being made and let everyone in canada know about this.  There would be nothing the canadian gov’t could do about it at that point and their hate crime laws would not apply.
