I have been doing a fair amount of commenting on Facebook. However this post needs more formatting control than what i can do on Facebook easily. I am not a total MGTOW type but I can see some of their points. There lies fault on both sides in the current male and anti-male conflict going… Read more
I have often posted links to my churchian experience. As I was surfing I came across this post on Vox Days site. My experience was at least confined to me. However another parent had his children attacked. Let me say one thing. If your church condones political correctness in ANY FORM your church is infested… Read more
(Update: It approved the resolution so it is now full Churchian mode)The Southern Baptist Convention could be heading squarely into Churchianity.
The Southern Baptist Convention, if this proclamation is ratified, will have gone from one of the most biblically based protestant denominations to squarely within the churchian theology. Resolution for the 2017 SBC Annual Meeting – Condemning the Alt-Right & White Nationalism Resolution On The Condemnation of the “Alt-Right” Movement and the Roots of White Supremacy… Read more
Just a quick preface note: I am going to break all kinds of punctuation rules starting with the title. I will capitalize things I feel are the most important not necessarily what grammar calls for and most assuredly not what the modern churchanity cultists call for. I have spent many months and even years and… Read more
I have been visiting many churches in the past couple of years looking for someplace I can call my church home. My anchor throughout this journey has been two things: First is my faith in Jesus Christ. Second was my now deceased wife Heather. She helped me stay grounded in many ways. When she passed… Read more
Gay marriage is only the beginning. Words do have meaning and do have consequences Mr. President to wit: This morning, the Supreme Court recognized that the Constitution guarantees marriage equality. In doing so, they have reaffirmed that all Americans are entitled to the equal protection of the law; that all people should be treated equally,… Read more
Welcome to 2015 and the Obama admin has stated at the SCOTUS case now being heard about gay marriage that if the SCOTUS rules for gay marriage any institution that fails to comply might loose(let’s be honest it WILL change to WILL LOOSE) it’s NPO status. Do you understand what this means for ALL CHURCHES????… Read more
What is the most common form of horrid sound? It is called band in a box..that is where you drive the monitors so loud you can hear them over the main loudspeakers. It is usually due to bad monitor placement and the inability of the folks on stage to realize you don’t need to have… Read more
Are evangelical Christians rapidly becoming one of the most hated minorities in America? Once upon a time such a notion would have been unthinkable, but these days things are changing dramatically. All over the United States, evangelical Christians are being called “extremists” and evangelical Christian organizations are being labeled as “hate groups”. In fact, as… Read more

It starts at home…then goes to our churches. I have to say i’m guilty of the home bound version. I’m not nearly where God wants me to be. Secondly, our churches. If the church body won’t regulate the church according to first the Bible then secondly it’s own founding documents then the issues are going to continue. For all… Read more
The below isn’t bold it’s nearly stupid. If you are using a gov’t mechanism to get around your entity having to pay taxes you shouldn’t be surprised when said gov’t pulls on your chain..because you’re wearing one! If you don’t want the gov’t “interfering” then give up the npo and you can freely talk about anything you want. Some pastors… Read more
These pastors are forgetting you are using a gov’t instrument to get around paying taxes. Because you are using a gov’t instrument the gov’t can most assuredly do this. Want freedom from gov’t interference? Drop your NPO status voluntarily. if you are paying taxes as per the laws of the land you can preach anything you want. More… Read more
I wonder how many of your own people you have to destroy before you’ll realize you are only advancing the agenda of Satan with your attacks on each other. I wonder how many more destroyed lives the churches will allow before the pastors grow a set and start enacting biblical discipline on their congregations. I… Read more
I’ve been trying to be “more civilized” the past few years…it’s gotten me more problems with folks who think they know more than me about many things they have no idea about. The lid’s off now…:) I’m going to express how i feel and if folks can’t handle it..too bad for them. My loving wife likes to tell folks i’m a redneck…that… Read more

I’ve spoken about this kind of thing before. While the federal government and the Catholic church wrestle over healthcare-required contraception and abortions, city and county governments may have found a unique method of backdoor taxation on nonprofits. They simply double the water bill for churches and schools. That’s the focus of a court case… Read more
Unfortunately they took their story to Sony…I have to say i’m not surprised at the twists and omissions and additions that were made…:( Based on the love story of two devout Christians, the movie version of “The Vow,” starring Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum, strips the tale of its overt religious themes, which has some Christian reviewers… Read more
To All NPO’s…..If You Use A Government Instrument to Avoid Paying Taxes The Government CAN Do This Type of Thing
If you don’t want the gov’t or any other entity to be able to interfere with you then don’t use their vehicles to avoid paying taxes or get around regulations they also enforce. Otherwise they do have the right to regulate your behavior while using said instruments. If you truly want to be free then… Read more
I’m no fan of hte abuses of the IRS but these pastors are forgettign one thing. You are using an IRS regulation to avoid paying taxes( the 501 (c) series). Ah yes. We aren’t going to try to convince…we are going to threaten to get our way. This is typical of folks who have bought into the twisted views on the Bible. I found this on wnd.com’s letters to the editor page: Sins of the church Jane Chastain is right [“Christians are slackers”], but her singling out failure to vote is simply emphasizing the gnat over the camel. It’s gotten stagnant. Most of it is slow paced..kinds like any churches have become. What happened to our outdoor celebrations and things like that? I went to church today specifically because it is Father’s day. If there’s no other day to go other than Jesus’ birthday and his death Father’s day(a day when we celebrate fathers) i think it owuld be hypocritical of me to NOT goto church on a day we celebrate fathers.
As a non-profit the church’s npo status is purely by the convenience of the gov’t involved…which means they CAN tell you what to say since you entered into this what effectively is a private agreement. If this church(and all others in this country) want to have true freedom..drop your npo status immediately. Then the gov’t has no reasonable expectation of being able to legally tell you… Read more
